Occupational Health and Safety Policy

As SKT, it is our highest priority that our employees work in the healthiest, safest and best conditions at work. Within the scope of our Occupational Health and Safety Policy, which we have established for the regulation and improvement of all our processes:

• To act in accordance with all legal regulations related to occupational health and safety and additional requests of the organizations we are a member of October,
• To continuously improve our occupational health and safety performance by increasing the occupational health and safety awareness of our employees within the framework of our understanding of zero occupational accidents and occupational diseases,
• To take measures to protect our employees, customers, subcontractors and all visitors from the risks that may arise from our activities,
• To adopt a proactive crisis management approach by making plans for emergency situations,
• To identify and correct hazards, risks and imminent situations in the working environment,
• To encourage occupational health and safety practices,
• To provide a working environment under healthy and safe conditions by controlling workplace risks at their source,
• To provide regular trainings on Occupational Health and Safety and to carry out audits,
• To share our policy transparently with all our stakeholders,
• To review our policy together with the Top Management at least once a year and to make improvement arrangements if necessary,
