It was founded on August 23, 1955 with the title of SKT Collective Company by three important technical teachers who guide the Bursa Industry.

First Production in Turkey

The first oil seal and the first electric motor were produced from tanned leather in Turkey.

Oil Seal Production from Synthetic Rubber

The first oil seal production from synthetic rubber (NBR) has started in Turkey.

1967

Moving to New Factory

On August 01, 1967, the 5th Bursa Organized Industrial Zone was established. It moved to its new building as a factory.

First Seat Slide Production

Production of front seat slides for TOFAŞ 124 series cars has started.

VMQ - Production of Oil Seal from Silicone Rubber

The first oil seal production from VMQ-Silicone rubber has started in Turkey.

1970

Oil Seal Production from FKM Rubber

The first oil seal production from fluorocarbon FKM took place in Turkey.

1977

SKT Becomes a Family Business

It became a 100% family company within the structure of the Diniz Family.

1984

Production of Oil Seal from First PTFE Material

The first oil seal production from polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE took place in Turkey.

1990

TS 4709 Certificate

He was entitled to receive the "TS 4709 Certificate", which is a certificate of compliance with Turkish Standards.

QS 9000 Certification

QS 9000 certificate has been obtained.

ISO TS 16949, ISO 14001, FORD Q1

ISO/TS 16949 IATF, ISO 14001 EMS and FORD Q1 certificates were obtained.

2013

Automation Investments Realized

As part of the development of production and testing capabilities, automation investments were made at all process stages, especially the investment in automatic weighing and rubber preparation.

2015

Establishment of SKT R&D Center

The R&D Center was established by being entitled to receive the SKT R&D Center Certificate approved by the Ministry of Industry and Technology.

2016

Establishment of OOO CKT in Russia

OOO CKT company was established to be used as a liaison and logistics center in the Russian region.

2019

Germany SKT EUROPE

A sales office of SKT EUROPE Gmbh was established in Germany.

2020

New Phosphating Line

A new Phosphating Line investment was made and a phosphating line was established.

2022

Regeneration

New office buildings were started with the on-site renovation process.

2023

Shipping Area

Our new building investment of 2.000 m2 for additional production and warehouse area has been completed.
